  1. Disappointed. Didn't fit Review by John
    Rating

I bought the LG629 for my glock 30S,thinking that it would fit, however it definitely will not fit the 30S. I had to return it for a refund. I understand that some folks have modified the LG629 to accommodate a 30s. Wish the Crimson Co. would come up with a factory solution. I emailed them but got no response. (Posted on 12/26/2018)

  2. Excellence Review by Uncle raskal

Had it on my glock 30 for over 4years now. Still using the batteries it came with. Point of impact was right on. Planning to install another set on my new revolver (Posted on 4/19/2018)

  3. Free batteries for life? Review by Josh
    Rating

I bought my crimson trace grip about 3 1/2 years ago. I like the laser grip, but am starting to see a metal tab that looks like thick aluminum foil poking out from one side of my grip. The laser grip still works good and holds zero after sighting it in. It's a good laser grip.

I do have one problem thou. I signed up for the free batteries for life and have never once received any. I also went to the trouble of sending an email to them about a month ago asking about the program. I've never received a response or anything. I think that maybe the free batteries for life is an inside joke or something.

Im giving three stars because crimson trace promises something and doesn't deliver. They also don't respond to emails when contacting from their site. The laser grip is a good product thou. (Posted on 7/11/2015)

  4. Glock 30, 19, 26, and soon Glock 29 Review by Johnny
    Rating

I have Crimson Trace Lasers for all of my Glocks, and will be soon ordering one for the Glock 29. They are very intuitive, comfortable, and accurate. The only thing I would suggest is having an on and off switch, as it would be nice to practice without it on. Otherwise it is as perfect as a laser could be....

  5. ALMOST perfect Review by medic1509
    Rating

I am probably going to put an LG-629 on my new Glock 30S. I had a CT Laser (CTL) on my Glock 27 and I loved it except for one exception. There is no positive on/off switch like the CTL on my Beretta 92FS. PLEASE add a positive switch on ALL of your lasers. There are many times when we don't want it to activate. 6. Excellent product, especially for older people with vision problems! Review by Dale
    Rating

I am 66 years old and my near distance vision is no longer capable of clearly seeing the standard sights on my Glock 30 without the aid of glasses. In a real world scenario, I just can't perceive of a violent criminal, a deranged individual or a terrorist giving me time to put my glasses on so that I can take action to defend myself and others. Thank God I can still clearly see the bright red dot provided by my Laser Grip when placed on a target which needs to be shot. I have been carrying my G30 for over 15 years now, and knowing that I can hit what I aim at with .45ACP knockdown power gives me a great feeling of confidence. I believe this laser sight has the potential to be a true lifesaver in a life-threatening situation!! (Posted on 9/5/2014)

  7. Close but not there yet. Review by J.P.
    Rating

I have carried my G30 for 6 years daily and after real life events I wanted to add a laser for low light situations where a nontraditional shooting stance is needed as a just in case. I did not want to give up my molded IWB holster and hoped this laser would be a perfect addition because of it's mounting location. Unfortunately the laser is a cancer on the side of my firearm and the battery locations expanded the grip to make it uncomfortable. Additionally the laser took away the natural depth of the beaver tail and replaced it with a less than ergonomic square that is uncomfortable for sustained shooting. I have been training to try and overcome the grip discomfort but I am seriously considering the use of a different laser system all together. I love me some CTC but not this model, it is big and bulky like some technology from 1991. (Posted on 7/10/2014)

I have a Gen 3 Glock model 30 and it right on after installation ! Never had a problem with it and it is accurate right out of the Box. I also have one for model#19 and it is the same right out of the box it is right on the money! I put it on my model #23 and it is the same ! Great product! No need for night sights and just point and shoot !

the Box was delivered to me . I then installed it within seconds there was no special tools nothing Complicated . I just simply inserted the batteries one on each side . I then slid it on to the back of my Model 30. Replace the retainer pen And then calibrated . it is great It works perfectly . it's extremely reliable I've never had an issue with it at all And I've Own mine for the last 2 years Still works like new . It is a must-have for overall defense . It is bright it allows you to Distinguish between Friends family members and potential threats . If you only gonna get one shot Make it count with Crimson trace. (Posted on 6/3/2013)

  10. A very good addition to your Glock Review by Graybeard50
    Rating

I have had a Glock 30 for several years and have the CT grip laser on it. My hands are large and the additional bulk added to the Glock grip is very comfortable. I could see where it might not be comfortable for someone with smaller hands. I don't use the laser for primary aiming, but I do train with it shooting from a wide variety of positions such as supine, compressed stance, and aiming while on the move. It gives you a definite edge in real world situations. (Posted on 6/17/2012)
