May 20, 2017

Wilsonville, OR

Crimson Trace®, America’s recognized top brand of laser sights in a recent national consumer survey conducted by Southwick Associates, announces the release of five new Laserguard® laser sights. These new products include: the LG-482G, a green Laserguard designed for Walther’s PPS® M2 pistol; the Laserguard LG-485/G  with a red or green laser for Smith &Wesson’s M&P®45 Shield™ pistol; and the Laserguard LG-496/G with either a red or green laser created for Springfield’s XD® Mod.2® pistol. These Crimson Trace products are shipping now and should be on dealer shelves across America in the days ahead.

Crimson Trace’s Laserguard product line continues to expand at a rapid rate. The popular product line offers more than three dozen Laserguard laser sights, and most are engineered for precision fit onto the trigger guards of compact and subcompact polymer-framed pistols. All Laserguard laser sights utilize Crimson Trace’s Instinctive ActivationTM operation with a small pad located under the trigger guard for easy and instant engagement. This is a feature not available on any competing laser sight products. Nearly every Laserguard laser sight also uses seamless integration and the laser sight housing is designed to mimic features of the firearm it is attached to. Laserguard laser sights also permit easy windage and elevation adjustments once installed, and come set from the factory to be precise on targets located around 50 feet away. Available since 2007, the first Laserguard laser sight was designed for Ruger’s LCP® pistol.

Crimson Trace also offers many Laserguard light and laser sights for pistols manufactured by nearly all of America’s top firearms manufacturers. Many models of Laserguard sights are available for pistols by these manufacturers: Beretta; Glock; Kahr Arms; Kel-Tec; Remington; Ruger; SIG Sauer; Smith & Wesson; and Taurus. Now many Laserguard laser sights are available to consumers in special packages with custom designed holsters. Details on holsters for most firearms with Crimson Trace laser sights can be found at http://www.holsterresourceguide.com.
