Product Warranty
Crimson Trace Corporation warrants that this product will be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of three years from the original retail purchase. Crimson Trace Corporation will repair or replace with an item of equivalent value, at its option, any product or part which is found to be defective under normal use and service, without charge during the warranty period. Crimson Trace Corporation’s obligation to repair or replace shall be the purchaser’s sole and exclusive remedy under this warranty. This warranty does not cover normal maintenance and service and does not apply to any products or parts which have been subject to modification, misuse, carelessness, accident, improper maintenance or repair other than Crimson Trace Corporation.
This limited warranty is in lieu of any and all other warranties, expressed or implied, including but not limited to, merchantability and fit for particular purpose. Crimson Trace Corporation shall not be reliable for indirect, incidental, consequential or special damages arising out of, or in connection with, product use and performance, even if it has been informed of the possibility of such damages. This warranty does not cover the finish of any Pro-Custom products cosmetics, batteries or problems arising from faulty batteries.
Payments, Taxes, and Refund Policy
Crimson Trace Corporation accepts these forms of payment: credit cards issued by U.S. banks: Visa, Master Card, American Express and Discover card. If a credit card is being used for a transaction, Crimson Trace Corporation may obtain pre-approval for an amount up to the amount of the order. If a gift certificate is used for a transaction, the amount is deducted at the time of your transaction.
You agree that you will pay for all products you purchase through the Services, and that Crimson Trace Corporation may charge your credit card for any products purchased and for any additional amounts (including any taxes, as applicable) that may be accrued by or in connection with your Account. YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE TIMELY PAYMENT OF ALL FEES AND FOR PROVIDING CRIMSON TRACE CORPORATION WITH A VALID CREDIT CARD FOR PAYMENT OF ALL FEES. All fees will be billed to the credit card you designate during the check out/registration process.
Your total price will include the price of the product plus any applicable sales tax; such sales tax is based on the bill-to address and the sales tax rate in effect at the time you order the product. Prices for products may change at any time, and Crimson Trace Corporation do not provide price protection or refunds in the event of a price reduction or promotional offering. If a product becomes unavailable following a transaction but prior to delivery, your sole remedy is a refund.

CTC Defense products are controlled by The U.S. Department of Commerce under Export Administration Regulations (EAR) and /or the U.S. Department of State, Directorate of Defense Trade Controls, Bureau of Political-Military Affairs, in accordance with 22 U.S.C. 2778-2780 of the Arms Export Control Act (AECA) and the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) (22 CFR Parts 120-130) and may not be exported legally without proper licensing.
