Nice Add-on Accessory for a Classic Pistol
Got my laser as a christmas gift - sweet!. Takes a little bit of time and some trial and error to get the grips adjusted to fit the grip frame properly but nothing that would be too challenging for the average gun owner. Getting it zeroed in for a specific range (like 10 meters) also takes a little bit of trial and error from a bench rest. The windage and elevation adjustments for the laser are good but they are not "click adjustable" like a traditional rifle scope so there is a bit of "adjust and fire for effect" type of guesswork involved with getting it zeroed in for the desired range in addition to the box of ammo that you will go through doing this. I had one small problem with the underside of the safety lever rubbing slightly on the top of the left side of the grip becasue the tolerance was so tight between them. This led to some chambering issues with the safety on becasue the safety level was getting caught on the top of the grip when I cycled the slide. After making some additional adjustments to the grip fit as well as just "breaking in" the new grip to the frame, the action was no longer being restricted by the new grip with the safety on. Other than the minor issues noted above, the sight works great and it adds a lot of value and effectiveness to a personal carry and home defense pistol that I have had for many years.

Fast target acquisition
I keep it by my bed in the nightstand, the laser sight is clearly visable in the dark and would most likely scare the pants off a burgler once they saw the red laser light.

Offers Quick Target Acquisition on a Classic Pistol
I bought my PPK/S with the LG-480 grips already installed on it. These LaserGrips allow me to quickly obtain target acquisition without the need to raise the sites up to eye level, which is critical in a self defense situation where seconds can make a difference. I carry this Walther in the warmer months and love the fact that the Crimson Trace grips do not make it any bulkier than the standard factory grips, nor do they detract from the classic looks of this iconic piece.
