So so
This is my 4th CTC grip. I love 2 of them, hated one and this one is ok but not great. The pressure pad sits on the joint of my middle finger so there's not a whole lot of contact pressure there. So after firing the 1st shot I have to reposition the pistol in my hand to activate the laser. I have medium size hands and the gun is tiny. Not much you can do about it. I let another shooter use it with the same problems. also the wrap around design on the trigger gaurd bites the under side of your trigger finger when the gun recoils up you hand. I know its not a target gun but 2 mags thru it becomes painful. I never had this problem without the laser attached. also fast fallow up shots are not always posible when the laser won't stay on due to poor pressure switch location. On the possitive side, the 1st shot is much easier and precise to make. I just don't trust 1 shot out of a 2" .380. I would probably take it off the gun but the sights on the LCP are darn near useless.

Makes the LCP complete
I am a plainclothes law enforcement officer and I have had my LCP/Crimson Trace combo for over 2 years now. I carry it everyday, usually in an Uncle Mike's ankle holster or a DeSantis pocket holster. Since the LCP is my backup weapon, I needed something that I could deploy without delay of finding and activating an on-off switch or other means of turning it on. I considered the S&W Bodyguard .380, but the on-off laser activation was a deal breaker. I have fired over 500 rounds through the LCP and the laser has not shifted point of impact. Simply said, I trust my life to it. BTW, I also have Crimson Trace on my G27 and Sig P229, both of which are duty weapons. There is also a CT on my wife's S&W Chief's Special.

Pleased to be a converted skeptic! Great product!
As a born skeptic, I pay close attention to reviewers' criticisms about products. Took a risk. Bought one. The rave reviews are right. This laser is BRIGHT. Dry firing with snap caps is making me a better shooter now that I can see the dot, instead of guessing about poor trigger technique and tiny sights on this small piece.

Must have! Instinctive and accurate!
The Laserguard laser for the Ruger LCP is a must have! Easy to install and to sight in, stays on target, and turns on naturally when you grip the pistol. Coupled with the LCP's concealability and reliability, the Crimson Trace laster makes it so that getting on target is fast and instinctive!

Love this laser
My daughter, age 16 shot my LCP for the first time with this laser at 25 yards. Every shot was on the 12" shoot-n-c target. The laser really shines bright on that red bullseye target. The best thing about these lasers is it comes on when you grip the gun, no buttons to push to turn it on. I have got to get some grips for my new SR1911 now.

Perfect addition to the LCP!!!
This laser grip is the perfect addition to the Ruger LCP due to its sights are minimal, this laser gives you the assurance that in if you need to use your firearm and textbook sightline isn't available you will still be on target.
Crimson Trace is top notch in my book!!!

Excellent Product
I purchased this laserguard for my LCP when I first got the pistol last May. Installation and sighting in were easy. Very effective sight for quick, close quarters use. Activation is instinctive and the laser dot is easy to see, much quicker than bringing the sights up to eye level. I'm very pleased with this product

I like it
I bought this for two reasons: first, the sights on the LCP are just about worthless in anything except near-perfect light; second, in bad light or in the kind of situation you'd likely need this pistol(up-close and fast) being able to aim without actually bringing it up to eye-level seems a very good thing.
I've had it about two years now; zero problems, including that once zeroed it stayed there.
