did right by me Review by don
I received these grips with my sig c3 and they were great at first but failed within 6 months BUT they were replaced with new grips and I am a happy customer one year later. Customer service did right by me. (Posted on 3/31/15)
Defective grips and customer service with a bad attitude :o( Review by up4daz
I have these grips on my Sig Sauer C3 CT from the factory and they were defective from the first shot. They would go dim then bright then dim and then no laser seen at 10 yards on a black target. I changed batteries, cleaned lens everything I could think of but no go.
I own 3 other pairs besides this model, 2 J frame S&W and a lightguard for my M&P all work great.
The customer service call is what caused this review. I emailed 4 times to customer service and send 1 video email of the laser malfunctioning in 13 days with no reply. After speaking with a sort of rude young woman on the phone I am sending these back and I am not expecting to much after the phone call. I will update my review after I receive my new grips.....or can I expect to get the original defective grips back with the issue not resolved???? (Posted on 2/25/13)
