Shannon Ryman has been a dedicated member of the Crimson Trace Team since 1999. He was born & raised in South Dakota, but has called Oregon home for the past 18 years. His current duties for Crimson Trace take him all over the scenic west coast, from the green rain forests of Oregon, Washington & Idaho to the golden deserts of California & Nevada.

Gary Frederickson
Gary is a Life Member of the NRA. He received a BA in Marketing from Northwestern College in St. Paul, Minnesota. He also has a degree in Gunsmithing Technology from Pine Technical College, Pine City, MN. Gary is a graduate of the Defense Language Institute and served as a linguist in Military Intelligence in the Army. He also served as a gunsmith for the US Army Marksmanship Unit, Ft.
Benning, GA. Today, Gary is an NRA Certified Instructor in Basic Pistol and Personal Protection.

Bill Misch
Bill is an outdoor enthusiast that has been involved in the shooting sports since childhood. The majority of his early years were spent hunting throughout Texas & Mexico with his father & friends. Before joining CTC in 2003, he spent a number of years in gun club management and competitive shotgunning. He is an avid 1911 collector focusing on the "great southern builders". For the last few years he's had the pleasure of spending time with many notable trainers & has become a certified instructor himself.

Matt Frank
Matt Frank is the Great Lakes Regional Sales Manager for Crimson Trace. He has been working in the shooting sports industry since 2001 and joined the Crimson Trace team in 2006. Matt is an NRA member as well as a NRA certified instructor in home firearm safety, pistol and Personal protection in the home. In 2007 the NRA certified Matt as Pistol Distinguished Expert Marksman. His commitment to the shooting industry is fueled by being an avid shooter and his love of the outdoors.

David Linn
David joined Crimson Trace in 2005 and currently resides in the Atlanta, GA area. David is an NRA Endowment Member, and holds ratings from the NRA as a Basic Pistol Instructor, PPITH Instructor, PPOTH Instructor, Range Safety Officer, and a Distinguished Expert Marksman (Pistol). David enjoys collecting and shooting everything from military surplus rifles to Class 3/Title II/NFA items. You’ll most likely see him carrying one of his favorite 1911’s - sporting the latest Crimson Trace Pro-custom Lasergrips.

Andrew Peters is a long time resident of upstate New York. He is the regional sales manager for the 15 state Northeast region of the United States. Andrew has over twelve years of firearms industry experience at many levels and has a life long passion for shooting, hunting and the great outdoors.
