We want everyone to be a 100% satisfied Crimson Trace raving fans of our Lasergrips. We hope this shows in our responsive customer service , as well as the quality and utility of our products. If you try them out and aren't totally satisfied, contact our customer service team at (800) 442-2406 within 30 days of purchase to arrange a full refund. Purchases must be made direct from Crimson Trace via our website or by calling to order in order to qualify, and we cannot extend this offer beyond 30 days from purchase, but we hope this will give those who haven't tried Lasergrips an opportunity to get a risk-free hands-on introduction.
