New Model LG-480™ Lasergrips® For Walther PP/PPKS Pistols
Wilsonville, OR —October 30, 2007: Crimson Trace introduces the new LG-480 Lasergrips for the Walther PP and PPK/S pistols. This new model incorporates rugged one-piece polymer grip panels with a rubber overmolded front strap. This new model will be priced at $329.00 MSRP.
The Model LG-480 is unique to the Crimson Trace line as it compensates for the frame variations found in the Walther and Interarms pistols. Through the years, Walthers have been made at different factories resulting in slightly different frame tolerances. Crimson Trace has created a unique, adjustable cam system to custom fit the Lasergrips to the frame of the gun.
The LG-480 was designed for concealed carry and defensive use on the small Walther series. These Lasergrips have instinctive front activation which turns on the laser when the gun is held in a normal firing grip, and rugged polymer side panels for ease of draw and speed-to-target out of concealment. The Walther Lasergrips have a master on/off switch located on the bottom left side of the unit. Two 2032 batteries located in the grip provide over 4 hours of constant-on beam.
Lasergrips come pre-sighted from the factory at 50 feet and are user adjustable for windage and elevation. All Lasergrips come with an accessory pack that contains batteries, hex wrenches for laser adjustments, a cleaning cloth and several cleaning swabs. A three-year warranty is standard.
Crimson Trace is the only manufacturer of grip-integrated laser sighting systems. Police, all branches of the U.S. Military, and responsible citizens worldwide use patented Lasergrips. Crimson Trace Lasergrips are recommended as an essential accessory by some of the world’s top firearm trainers. For more information, please contact us at 1-800-442-2406 or visit www.crimsontrace.com
