Crimson Trace Earns Fourth Consecutive Academy of Excellence High-Tech Product of the Year Award
Wilsonville, Oregon — July 26, 2008: Crimson Trace Corporation, manufacturer of Lasergrips® laser sights, received its fourth consecutive High-Tech Product of the Year award from the prestigious firearms industry Academy of Excellence. Crimson Traces’ LG-660 Lasergrips for Smith & Wesson M&P pistol was the winning product. The award was presented at the recent Shooting Industry Masters event.

The Academy of Excellence consists of over 300 manufacturers, writers, retailers, distributors and executives from throughout the firearms industry. Awards are chosen by secret ballot from nominations from the membership in a broad range of categories. In addition, the company has been nominated another eight times.
