Regional Sales Manager
We are currently looking for experienced and highly motivated sales executives to oversee one of our U.S. regional sales territories. CTC’s Regional Sales Managers (RSM’s) are directly responsible for building CTC’s dealer base and increasing customer loyalty. The RSM’s are responsible for the execution and implementation of the Crimson Trace territory sales and marketing plans with a primary focus on key dealers. RSM’s are directly accountable for achieving sales goals and business plan objectives in a two-step distribution system while enhancing the reputation and brand awareness of Crimson Trace. These positions are part of an existing team of six, under the guidance of the Director of Sales.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education and demonstrated work experience
- Minimum 2 years territory sales experience working with dealers and distributors
- Firearms industry knowledge and professional contacts highly desired
- Demonstrated knowledge of, and familiarity w/firearms handling is required
- Knowledge and proficiency of contact management databases
- Knowledge and proficiency of Microsoft Office suites w/proficient computer skills
- Excellent English, grammar, verbal and visual communications skills are required
Job Requirements
- Travel up to 50%
- Must live in assigned territory
- Demonstrated sales and marketing skills in a technical environment
- Proven experience w/two-tier distribution systems and the dealer sales environment
- Laser sights and accessories knowledge a plus
- Successful documented track record of sales performance
- Solid communication, negotiation and closing skills are required
- Ability to handle multiple projects and/or tasks
- Solid organization, planning and self starting skills
- Career oriented team player with positive can-do attitude
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
- Analyze assigned territory business opportunities and challenges; develop and implement a productive sales plan to grow market share and profitability
- Grow SKU sales by increasing the dealers’ product support and stocking levels
- Promote all Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) partner packages
- Manage and grow sales within existing distributors, key accounts and retail dealers
- Actively prospect and capture new accounts to be sold directly or through distributors
- Conduct dealer product and sales training in-store and at the range to maximize sales commitment to CTC and the Lasergrips® brand.
- Develop onsite merchandising plans
- Determine optimal Point-Of-Sale and signage for dealers.
- Troubleshoot and resolve customer service issues
- Professionally represent the company at trade shows, conventions, dealer shows, range days and other industry functions
